Those who are further along in their journey are encouraged to share their stories, offering valuable insights and inspiration to those who are newly widowed.  

Peer support groups are led by a licensed clinician who provides guidance and support as needed, while allowing the group to share and discuss their experiences. Additional professional services can be accessed through the clinician, depending on their availability.
